Our Values
As a Nonprofit organization, we are committed to providing charity that supports empowering others in every aspect of life. We value access to assistance for all veterans and their families. We assist communities in fostering conservation funding and establishing environmentally friendly practices.
Our Founder
Jim Tabak was born and raised in Ohio on a small farm. Jim's hardships as a single father have taught him forgiveness, resourcefulness, and the value of family bonds. The joys of parenthood bring Jim the happiest moments of his life. For 38 years, Jim has been a Senior Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial. His love for philanthropy began when he joined the Nepal Peace Corps Volunteer program in 1965. The community of the RGV is a very meaningful part of Mr. Tabak's life. He is a Vietnam War veteran who is also an active volunteer and fundraiser.
